I have an incorrect account with LinkedIn that I have been trying to delete for one year. The customer service with LinkedIn has been significantly worse. One cannot speak to a live voice for assistance; additionally, their instructions to fix the issues you are facing are not very helpful. I have never been so frustrated dealing or trying to work with a company's customer service. User's recommendation: Speak to a live person.
