Scam

Hello! When I got into public transport in March this year, I found that my E-ticket is not accepted for twenty trips because the E-ticket has expired. Going to the Oakland traffic customer service center, I received a reply that I could not recover my 11 unused trips and one of the employees throughout the grass would deny that everything was valid. I believe that this is a fraud, because if banks were to steal the funds on the card when the card expires, people would still consider it fraud. Sincerely, Andrew
