Hello I wasn't sure if this is the right avenue for my grievance. But it's all I could find as a contact. Today 1/8/21 at approx 1350 my 6 year old was standing near the front sliding door which closed on her, cutting and making a few small Puncture wounds and lacerations on all five of her Left toes. I didn't see the incident my daughter came running to me with blood coming out of her foot. I'm not sure how this happened but it could have been exceptionally worse, no Assistance was offered by the attendant at the petrol station, he didn't even ask if she was ok when she was visibly inconsolable and in a lot of pain. These doors need to be seen to, maybe rubber on the bottom so this doesn't happen again. I am keeping an eye on her toes in case there is any more damage than just superficial.
