Multiple late charges without notification

My monthly payment for a 10' x 10' Cube Smart storage has increased from $88 to $105.00. I am aware that if I am late, Cube Smart adds a $10 late fee. However, this month they added the $10 late charge and then added a second late charge of an additional $15.00 on the 20th of the month (yesterday) making $25.00 in late fees (a late charge amounting to 28.3% PER MONTH). I was never informed that a second late charge of $15 would be added on the 20th of the month. Had I been so advised, I could have paid the monthly payment plus the $10 late charge yesterday, but I didn't know that until I went online to make my payment today. The Cube Smart approach to customer service is deceive, charge, charge again and prosper. Be aware of the corporate attitude of take every advantage of the customer ... because we can.
