MTN SIM Cancellation

I am very disappointed with MTN and Mondo. I bought a sim only online for data and the sim was delivered on the 29 of July 2021. When i inserted the sim it wasn't registered, on Friday the sim wasn't working on my phone because it needed a home router. I logged a cancellation on the 2nd of August and i was promised the cancellation will take 7 to 14 days to be finalized. Till date the cancellation is not done and MTN deducted on my account while I've never used the sim. I always follow up with Mondo but I am always told they are escalating the matter. It's been a month now and I need my refund as well as the cancellation to take place urgently before they deduct another amount. My ref no: RCO129220 I called Mondo today and they advised that my cancellation is not done. It's been almost 2 months now and MTN will deduct the money again while i logged my cancellation on time. Kindly note that this is an urgent matter and i need it to be resolved urgently. This whole this is very frustrating, i was told cancellations only takes 3 weeks but till date my contract for the router is not cancelled. I have never used the sim as the phone that i am using doesn't support it
