Hello. Im waiting 2 months for my contract to be canceled. I have never used the service because my sim is blocked. Mondo doesn't respond and when they do. They say the cancelation is in progress. Someone help I have emailed them. Called them. Called mtn. Mtn can't assist as the contract is with mondo. This is terrible. Mtn will debit my account again for services that is blocked.
