We had (H20) chronic water problems and dispatched a Mr. Swirl Plumbing company technician from the outside of Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, The guy was completely dumbfounded as to what to do and did damage to our pipes that would never fix it in 100 years. His original quote was $300+ (exorbitantly overpriced) for a small job that takes less than 1/2 hour in total. Their service was subtandard and even enraged my neighbors and friends when they found out we had to pay for it and it was still unfixed, like they did no work. Days later a guy came and charged us an additional $100+ to fix it as I showed him the problem, like the first guy and was 100% right. We were pissed at being whacked 2x by them as it should have been fixed the first time with some competency. We would never recommend them with poor service and weak customer satisfaction despite some good reviews! Mr. Swirl apparently applied for BBB (Better Business Bureau) and was rejected as they did not meet the standards. Congratulations for the BBB in shutting the door! Trades people are opportunistic and far overpaid and we wonder why homes are expensive to buy and costly to repair. These plumberss charge more than a licensed physician, no shame. Shop around for a plumber to save money, a terrible experience that supported our preconceived view of trades who get alot of money for little effort. Mr. Swirl, you lost our support and we'll share our story with others like you deserve.
