Dear sir/madam would like to bring you in your knowledge that As a frequent flier of Thai Airlines, I am extremely disappointed at my most recent experience with your company. I arrived early for my scheduled flight TG342 FROM KARACHI to BANGKOK dated 9/3/2018 my flight time was 11.35 i was in Queue for boarding pass with my friend Mr Raheel akhter Lodhi at the 10.30 pm Mr Ejaz suddenly announced that flight is closed and refused our request for boarding , Despite our polite request, he responded rudely, stating, "You are late" even we were in boarding Queue and he could accept us but he refused as always his rude behavior because i am a frequent flier of Thai Airlines. not only he refused us but 8 other passenger also was refused may be they will make complain against his behavior. However, another staff want to accept us but Mr Ejaz strictly stop them and wen out from airline counter and that kind staff helpless us because of Mr Ejaz's behavior. I am a frequent flier around the world and face many staff of the airlines but never seen rude man like him. because of his act we have to pay no show charges but pain of miss flight frustration bad image of airline and mental torture.
