Trying to get my new Humira rx filled has been a joke. Numerous calls by both myself and my dr office, being on hold forever, and then being shuttled back and forth with their agents is ridiculous. At one point they told me my prescription was not in one of their two systems, but a third non-accessible system and they would have to get back to me.
