I wrote another review not even realizing that the situation with this company would only get worse. It's the one where the mortgage lender has a personal relationship with the seller's agent who is selling the rental property her Mom owned, for her Mom, in order to pay off medical bills. The property has numerous unaddressed problems. The inspection went poorly. They negotiated below the cost of repairs. The property appriased $10000 below asking price. The mortgage company illegally discloses the appraisal information to the seller's agent first. The buyer, who has an FHA loan, can not come up with the difference the seller wants and the deal is broken. The buyer then asks the lender for another approval letter so she can look for another home. The mortgage company refuses telling her that the loan is going through underwriting again. Why? Asked the buyer. Nothing had changed from the disclosures. After trying to get answers from every name one person finally tells the buyer that her student loans were not taken into account when the original mortgage person gave her the approval and now her preapproval letter is $75000 under the first one. Can't buy a 2 bedroom home in Denver for $155, 000. Everything went wrong and now the buyers hopes and dreams for family and future...gone. The loss of such a promise has impacted my family in intangible ways. The time and efforts of everyone LOST. Don't deal with companies like this who promise, and advertise "responsible lending" when it could impact you, your family, and your dreams...forever.
