Montway and it's assignee damaged my vehicle in transit, lied about it by covering it up and now the car reeks of mold. Got the sorry for the "inconvenience" (can u believe it??!!) from Karla, Executive Claims Coordinator Phone: 224.300.5393 and they refuse to help or have any responsibility. You can fill out a form. This could have been easily handled, even the IRS has better customer service.
