In February I ordered these products as I could not buy them from my hairdresser. With reference no [protected] you took 5.2.2001 239, 00 dk, but you could not deliver the shampoo only the volume raise up and you promised to pay back for the shampoo, which you did not. With a new order I received the volume raise up only to discover that you took the 14.4.2021 69, 00 dk from my account ref.no [protected], so to speak, I have paid 308 dkr for the volume raise up and never have received the shampoo.
