Update by user Sep 30, 2018 I contacted the BBB and communicated twice with Montage Furniture Services. They state that the broken frame is not part of the warranty. Some warranty....not. I will never purchase furniture from Ashley's again or any Montage Protection Insurance. Waste of money. Original review posted by user Aug 31, 2018 Montage Furniture Services is not holding up their end of the protection plan. I purchased a sofa from Ashley Furniture in 2015 and have a protection plan from Montage Furniture Services that covered my furniture purchased. One of the sofas I purchased has had a broken 2 X 2 peice of wood that is broken so the seat pad sink. My sofa has a broken 2 X 2 board that holds up a seat pad. They denied claim to fix the sofa claiming the "frame" is not covered. What is odd is that they fixed this before on the same sofa. How is it not covered now. Cheap furniture with an expensive service protection plan. Both bad. #badservice I purchased over $5000 of furniture that day so my cost of this protection plan was $500 and useless.
