MM1 1042 DVC 10″ subwoofer

Hello: I recently purchased a Polk Audio 10" subwoofer, MM1 1042 DVC. I received the subwoofer and upon opening box to check everything, I noticed that there are no T/S Parameters listed in the manual. I've been calling Polk for 1 week now, daily, and sometimes more than once per day to try and get the T/S Parameters from tech support. Every time I call, i am placed on hold for over an hour, and twice i was on hold for close to 3 hours, and then the rep just hangs up the phone. I called today, twice, and one line has been on hold for 75 minutes and the other has someone on the line, not talking to me, just muted and on the phone for over an hour. If Polk does not have the T/S Parameters, just say so so that I can return the sub. Otherwise, it would be nice to be treated like a paying customer and speak with a human that can email me the sepcs, which is what I was told Tech Support "Level 2" was going to do, except they never did send me anything. This time, I've been waiting for a manager for over an hour. What is going on over there? Can someone please help me?
