I just asked for a refund and I would go re start at another dentist. They refuse and would not even give me my records or explain the billing. The dental association does nothing and defends dentists no matter what, which only empowers the dentists, especially ones who lack morals There is no recourse other than going public My complaints 》 - this clinic refuses to say of they are charging above the standard and to explain their billing -this clinic refuses to give people their records -I told this clinic I had pending major surgery and I did not want unnecessary things done or complications .. they totally disregarded this -i have asked repeatedly to discuss my concerns with the owner who is supposed to be my dentist but he refuses and puts his office manager in charge of dealing with dissatisfied patients and she is rude - dismissive - defensive and condescending -This clinic claims they cater to anxious people but they do NOT : switching dentists - refusing to give feezing or sedation - high pressre sales tactics etc are not helpful -I asked them to look up my coverage from Blue Cross and they lied .. they told me I had $1500 but I only haď $600 I based my decision to proceed on false information and all of my Blue Cross was used up all at once and big charges were put on my credit card -there is no proper treatment plan that is written in laymens terms and is explained to patients with priorities given .. all you get is a long list of procedures in dental laguage with prices .. and this is handed to you in the waiting room by their treatment coordinator who is not a dental professional -I had a filling that fell out and a sore tooth on the left side .. they did a ton of x rays on my head and all over my mouth and gave me a quote for $12 000 .. I go to dentist regularly and have been told my teeth are great including by the dentist here who owns this place *my tooth missing the filling was NEVER dealt with , I asked for a temporary filing or SOMETHING but that was refused. I also had a sharp edge sticking out thst I asked several times to be shaved down and that FINALLY got done -my dentist is always busy even in emergencies and a dentist friend told me he has probably given me to his underlings without my consent ( kingpin dentist set up) Hes too busy to see me but is taking on new patients -I was told I had infections which is why I needed 5 to7 root canals .. my teeth were good so I was told NOT to have them pulled The dentist told me I must have two started immediately My dentist who does sedation was busy of course I had pain during the procedure and he kept injecting freezing and then I passed out and they shook me awake and put a monitor on my finger No monitoring or escort outside to my elderly dad who was picking me up (i was groggy from the ativan and painkiller they told me to take) .. this was in Feb. In winter No after care plan AT ALL -I started to have pain in jaw - cheekbone - eye and tried gettng help which they igored for a week My dentist was busy as usual so I saw the same new one I had and he seemed disinterested and did nothing , no x ray / no medications .. talked in circles about infections, I had them and then I did not ... he told me I should just have my left teeth exctracted?! He pressured me to sign for this snd to have it right away. I said NO , i have good teeth - I am only 56 - I have not heard a reason to do this ... AND i just paid to have the teeth FIXED I could not get an answer about anything and the dentist was most concerned about what the assiatant was typing -I asked if I should have my surgery and could not get a straight answer so I asked him to send a letter to my doctor but he never did -I went to my GP who put me on antibiotocs but I had a severe reaction so I quit .. I asked for a blood test eventually to see if I had an infection and I do not ?! -I did not know the dentist I had was new employee and a recent graduate .. I would have appreciated having a choice for what I now know is a complicated serious procedure .. many long time dentists do not even do root canals I did not at all have root canals explained No informed consent I am left with a mouth full of dental issues and no coverage I am now phobic of going to a dentist as I know they can do WHATEVER they want with zero consequences GREED User's recommendation: Stay away !
