“Missort

1/2 packages of the order received no problem. The other has just been going back and forth to two facilities. The status goes to "missort" then goes in an infinite loop (it seems). I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for three days now...which makes me feel like it does not exist... User's recommendation: stay away.
