Missing sim card tray after being serviced

My sim card tray was removed and not put in after it was sent in to be serviced and i was not told to remove my sim card so it was destroyed there and never got a call back regarding it and I need it replaced asap. I am pissed off at this whole process and the time it takes. I had to buy a whole new phone until then
