said my order was delivered, someone was home all day and items never showed up. $60 worth of product just gone and I can't just afford to order it again. I have emailed and called COUNTLESS TIMES. I got one response telling me they are investigating 5 days ago and nothing. The email was totally white with just the text of a question of me being home at time of delivery and then telling me they would look into it. Thats it. No sign off, signature, salutation or anything. I have called and left a message several times with no response. Do not order from this company!!! I will be spreading that knowledge to everyone I know and everyone that follows me on social medias, especially Influenster. Could not be more upset. I have never had such a terrible experience with a company. User's recommendation: Do. Not. Order.
