Missing order and rotten customer service

My order went missing. PDF form sent to print, fill out, and return. All requested info is on order! Live chat agents refuse to provide corporate phone number; they say lines are down...for two days? Started 5 live chats, verified all the information. Was told one moment, then 15-20 minutes later, the chat disconnects and I have to start all over! The s is the worst customer care...EVER!!! User's recommendation: Find a more reputable company to give your business to.
