Took my vehicle in for 4 new tires last year 2020. Employee calls me to ask me where lock key is for my wheels. Today may 21 I go to have my brakes done. Go to get my lock key out from hidden compartment. My lock key is missing. My regular mechanic take cap off my wheel to unlock lug nuts and the lock lug nut is not there on any on my tire. They were replaced by lug nuts that do not belong on my vehicle. NBT was the last spot i had anything done to my vehicle tires. An employee from the Vernon Hills stole my whole wheel lock set along with lock key. I have have the original User's recommendation: No i would never as well never return to store. Will be posting on social media about the theft service done by employee.
