Order No. 39738**** delivered on 09/02021 had 1 item missing ( Soap & Glory Archery Powder, colour Blonde. I understand the delivery is sometimes split but it still didnt arrive. I tried to phone Customer Services several times but did not manage to speak to anyone, despite holding on for almost 15 minutes. This afternoon I resorted to your Virtual Assistant, who could not answer my query. I have today reordered the item but am not at all happy about the way I have been treated, together with the time I have wasted. Please sort this out. I look forward to hearing from you. Suzanne Fitch
