Missing free promotion gift

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I have received from Boots. My free promotion did not arrive with my order and I contacted Boots and was informed that it was out of stock and had been when I ordered. (it was included in the order summary). After several emails which stated the same thing I then received a promotion email from Boots giving me the same offer! I rang customer service and spoke to them directly and was told to send my original order back to them and re order as the promotion was now back in stock! It was makeup and I have used it so obviously cannot send it back. I was told there is nothing to be done as they can't send out my free gift without an order. I asked to speak to a manager and the call handler spoke to one but she did not speak to me but sent the same message via the call handler. I asked for the CEO address and name but was told that it would not get to him anyway. I asked if they had a review site and was told no. I have raised a case with resolver now as I am extremely dissatisfied with the responses I have received. All I want is my free gift! User's recommendation: Do not order any promotion and expect it to be delived.

If you are actual Representative of Boots you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
