Missing delivery item

Canpar had in their system that my (expensive) parcel had been delivered. I told them it had not, they sent me a photo of the porch they left in on - not mine. They refused to go find and deliver to me right away. I don't think they know where they left it. Horrible customer support tooRequest User's recommendation: Request alternate shipper.
