Missed buss

I'm a new bus user and the front of the bus at Washington DC so I didn't know that it was my bus to go to Cleveland and I missed my bus and I'm still at the Toledo Ohio terminal trying to get a bus to Cleveland to transfer to Cincinnati and a bus here that actually says Illinois is actually going to Illinois would you figure that
