An item was misprinted by their printer. The number you have on them is no good. There is absolutely NO way to contact them except through email. I asked them to give me a call and they explain that there is no way to call me via phone but they would be happy to help. Now I am playing the email them..... wait for them to email me.......email them back.......wait......etc etc. I am 60 years old and still prefer the phone. This is a terrible way to do business. User's recommendation: Don't do it. They are great if there is not an issue but unless you want to play the email and wait game if there is an issue just don't do it.
