Misleading website and no help from customer care

They use misleading item labeling in there Web Store, and have multiple similar items with spec differences without a clear indication of the true specs, and confusing/mis matching specs on the same item. A forgiveable error in housekeeping, for sure, but when I attempted to tell customer care I had specifically ordered the larger version of the item, going so far as to link to the item their website gave me the impression I would get, and the rep repeatedly doubled down that I got what I ordered so leave them alone. Even when I clarified and said the mistake was on their website's part, I wanted X item and received a smaller version, I was told no, that's not true, and dismissed. I don't understand why they wouldn't just own up to their error when I have proof their website is incorrect, and they have a blanket policy of replacing mistaken items. The impression I got was that the rep was more concerned with closing my complaint than actually listening to what the complaint was. I'd waited several months and had done research on the specific item I wanted but was mislead by the mistakes on their site to order the wrong item-and they didnt care. Won't be ordering from here again, unfortunately can't reccomend.
