Misleading information, poor customer service and overcharge

I posed one question to Just Answer about Social Security a few months ago and subsequently was charged $50 for the next several months. When I contacted them about this, they said I signed up for the service and agreed to terms that required a cancellation within seven days and a charge of $50 per month. They also said they sent reminder e-mails that I never received. User's recommendation: Avoid using this business.
