Misleading Business Practices

Original review updated by user Jul 08, 2021 One would expect their room to be cleaned (especially during a pandemic). My room at Best Western Plus Kenner 6/25-6/28 was never cleaned and wasn't up to standard when I arrived. They advertised enhanced cleaning on the website. I got nothing but a nasty dismissive attitude from Lake at the front desk. The A/C spewed foul odor, the water wasn't good. I feel I was overcharged, and reasonable expectations around cleanliness were not met. Best Western has made billions of dollars, but they can't keep getting away with subpar services and treatment of customers. I believe Best Western is well aware of problems at this site. DO SOMETHING TO REMEDY ONGOING ISSUES, don't continue to ignore and take money for nonexistent services. I feel User's recommendation: Don't Stay at this property.
