miniclip refuses to issue a refund! unethical business. practice

11/04/19 I am trying to get some help! While laying in a hospital bed recovering from a complete knee replacement surgery, I ended up buying a "heap of cash" due to I could not exit the ad? I have tried numerous times asking for a refund! They respond, read the policy, no refund for in game purchases like this Doesn't it makes sense, If I had any intention of buying the policy would be reviewed?? I had no reason to purchase cash! I have more than two dozen e mails asking for a refund! Their They asked for dates, google play receipt, gamer name, unique ID, and which game played! I can provide all e mails sent or received! How many others have been cheated in this manner? I will take this to the next level! BBB or the Attorney General! My situation is not related to policy!
