Mini pies

The last two times Ive bought the chocolate satin mini pies there was NO chocolate pudding in them. Just the crumb crust &;;;;; whipped cream. Not tasty. The first time it happened I thought must have been something wrong in the production line. But when it happened again.....is this how the pies are made now? Not what it shows on the box. Dont think Ill try it again.
