Top burner assembly failed two years to the day and had to argue for them to repair without charge, now same issue exactly 2 years later and they want 500 dollars to repair what is clearly a design flaw. I asked them to cover the new repair cost or consider swapping out for replacement unit but they are impossible to deal with, especially the QA department which hung up on me. Miele is an despicable company and purchasing their products iis like dealing with the devil User's recommendation: only if you are crazy.
