I was treated rudely by a female service department employee after being told twice to bring my car in. She was rude, condescending and unhelpful. She smirked while she was talking. I admit I wasn't quite sure what was going on with my car, however that's the reason I brought it into the service department. I am sure there are great employees there but based on this experience, I will continue to take my car to Mahwah Honda, where they are always friendly, respectful and helpful. I really don't understand why this rude woman (who was perfectly friendly to the lady in front of me) works in the service department and thinks condescending to customers is a good practice.
