Bought a Microwave on -line. It worked for three months. They gave me a number for a local repair company, They came out and found out the microwave was not repairable and needed to be replaced. Two maybe three weeks later Frigidaire sent out a new microwave to a third party who would be in contact to set up the new installation. It has been lost at the third parties dock. Was signed for by an employee. I have called 3 to 4 times a week between Frigidaire and NAL(3 party group) they all say each time we are looking into it and will get back to you in 24 hours, If you don't hear back call us back. Each time it takes over 45 minutes to get to someone just to get the same answer, We have emailed the group that takes care of it. Sorry that's all we can do. I am not sure how it is my fault that a company Frigidaire has contracted to use has lost the microwave. But when you call Frigidaire I have gotten "well it arrived at NAL so not a lot we can do about it." In my opinion, Frigidaire should send out a new microwave and use another company to install so it doesn't get lost. The Customer service I have received from Frigidaire and NAL is horrible. They both have shown that they don't care. sincerely Scott Hammer
