Mexican commercials

Why am I paying for an English channel to hear over and over Mexican commercials. They have their own channels and I'm sure you don't push English commercials down their throats. Take off Mexican commercials off the English id channel, this is bull, if I have to hear this crap that I'm paying for, not an issue to get rid of paying if ID, nothing but reruns.
