My warm greetings to whoever is reading this.I am a student of national institute of technology patna studying in first year of integrated msc.Physics.I am taking residence in hostel alloted by the institute.I am submitting this complaint to acknowledge you about the mess conditions.The food is not properly cooked, there doesn't exist a taste for this food.The most important is that they won't even wash the eating utensils like feeding plates, spoon. I expect you to consider this and take action on this
