I purchased a pair of men's shoes and within 1 month the entire sole fell off 1 shoe and the other shoe sole was falling off. This occurred after 1 month of normal activity.I have purchased 2 other pairs of men's shoes in the past and I was completely satisfied with them. I am not a wealthy man and I only make sensible purchases. That is why I counted to purchase your brand of shoes. I believe it is better to pay more to get quality merchandise. However on this occasion your brand fell short of the quality I have always enjoyed in the past. Therefore I would like a new pair of shoes. I will include a photo of my shoes with this Complaint.
