I bought some Generic Cialis with a prescription from Northwestpharmacy.com. After doing extensive research and checking out several "Canadian Pharmacies" I felt comfortable with this one. After receiving the medication I took one pill and absolutely nothing happened. I waited a week and took another one just to make sure and again, nothing. There was absolutely no active ingredient in the pills I received. The return policy is an extreme hassle. I have to send the unused portion to England of all places registered mail to get a refund. We'll see if that happens. DO NOT buy from any "Canadian Pharmacy" as they are not pharmacies. They are only brokers who have no idea where the drugs are coming from.
