Long story short, MAC used to be the best and the baddest around with virtually no competition. In today’s highly competitive niche cosmetic market, this is not the case anymore. MAC needs to “step it up” on ALL levels: customer service, product quality and prices. Dear MAC, please come to the realization that you’re sub-par at best. It is only then that you will begin to make the changes necessary to get back in game.
