My car was towed by tow maxx and two separate occasions. on a Sunday when the office of the development of del Rio association is closed. I was not given a valid reason as to why my car was towed by tow maxx nor was there a sticker left outside the residents as to inform me which company had towed my car. I had to call several tow company before I found out that tow maxx had my car. Also, not even the sunrise police dispatch could be of any help as they were unaware of tow maxx as a towing company for del Rio complex. In addition, to make matters worse when I arrive to make enquiries at tow maxx as to why my car was towed, Karl the receptionist at tow maxx who was very arrogant, disrespectful, racist and a bully, says *** get the registration out your car and was very uncooperative from there on and order me to give him $124.00 or leave the property. I can't believe this is America and the better business beareau hasn't stepped in or there isn't a medium between tugs from the tow maxx company and other business entity that prey on citizens and residents of this country. Finally, Tow max we are legal citizens and residents of America and should be treated as such and not as a guinea pig or slot machines that you tugs prey on.
