I have complained about this directly to your customer services but do not get an appropriate response so I am trying via this portal. I am enrolled on a functional skills maths level 2 course and the customer service has been awful. Plus I paid for functions skills maths levels 1 and 2 and level 1 access was taken away with my prior knowledge and no replacement given - I paid for this! The VLE is substandard and doesn't do as advertised and nobody has contacted me about my learning. Very very poor show.
