I took IT classes at Maric College, Vista, CA. A male teacher, "C.I"., came up behind me in class and humped the back of my chair with his groin, running his hand up the back of my neck. I yelled at him and tried to ignore him. There were witnesses. I am a straight male, then maybe 56 years old. Maric fired him, under the excuse that he couldn't pass the A+ exam. There were 6 other victims, I was told at the time. Then they began harassing me. At that time I had a loan and also was making payments directly to Maric. i was called in and handed a financial statement that the President of the school couln't read. She called in the Financial Aids lady and demanded, 'What does this say?" She said "It says he is paid in full.' To me, she said 'Well...you can go then!!' [She was pissed]. They 'investigated' and wouldn't even let the witnesses say what they had seen and heard. I dropped all classes and left. Now I am dunned repeatedlty for the Student Loan of about $10K with 'fees' and so forth. It should have been $6k in reality. I thought Maric dropped the loan, but they even lacked the integrity to do that. That teacher also taught in a local high school as well, and they never let that school know what happened to the best of my knowledge. Now when I get back to work, I will have harassing calls and probably a Garnishment taken out. Do not EVER go to Maric College!!!! Fallsoff I cant find an attorney. I just had major surgery and was called in the hospital while on a Morphine drip and called a 'slacker' ampong other things.
