In december I ordered a membership because it looks like the flowers are beautiful for my daughter for xmas. It cost $720 for the year which is alot but i spent it. The item arrived 6 weeks later than it was suppose to and the flowers were DEAD. The company said well that's too bad - and they tried to charge me twice for shipping. After thousands of emails I kept arguing with them they would not let me cancel my membership even though it meant dead flowers. After many emails they said they would give me a credit for $600 because I still had to pay for the dead flowers. INSANE. So we ordered two gift baskets and paid alot of money to upgrade to two very expensive bottles of champagne just to use the credit. They arrived with $10 bottles of champagne and one arrived with DEAD bananas. I was told they can substitute and doesn't matter value. and the dead bananas oh well. I am still trying to get my money back. These people are fraudulent and cheating company .. It is terrible terrible terrible and their customer service is horrible.
