I wanted My hair a little lighter the manager said that she was awesome and that she could perform that service. I trusted her because she was a manager and seem like she knew what she was doing. She did a bleach cap on my entire head for an hour and 15 minutes it was burning bad. Then major hair loss and my hair was orange with black ends. Then she put a fire engine red over the yellow /orange bleached hair. At this point my hair was falling out in chunks. She charged me $140. I have sores on my scalp and my hair is so fried I have to wear wigs somebody please help I need a refund. User's recommendation: Never ever.
