My hairdryer melted and burned my hair off as well as stopped working. A clump of hair was burned off my head and at this time the company is noted only the fact the dryer has malfunctioned. There has been no mention of my personal body damage to date. Additionally they asked me for a copy of the receipt of purchase which I find ridiculous, who maintains a receipt for a hairdryer not to mention I purchased two at one time.
