Make company aware of how bad their customer service billing department is.

Tried for 7 months to straighten out a bill for a Vitamin D test. Billed the wrong insurance company, then rebilled and had the wrong code. Straightened it out with my doctor's office, resubmitted bill. In the meantime created another bill for same service. Called to inform them of the duplicate bill, customer service girl was the worst!!!! I think she just stayed silent on the line so she wouldn't have to answer any other calls. Asked her what was happening, she said she is re submitting the bill to the correct company. I said you already did that, this is a duplicate bill. She hung up on me. I probably am going to switch to Lab Cor...can't deal with your terrible, lazy customer service people. Your facility that takes the blood was great! It's a shame. User's recommendation: Hope you don't have any billing problems.....very poor customer service.
