Makai table lamps

My wife ordered 2 Makai by Ashley table lamps and they were charged to her credit card on July 24th. We have not heard anything about the order and when I pulled up her account with you it showed she has no orders. I would like either the lamps be shipped or take the $169.98 off her credit card. It shows she has an account with you so we should of heard something about the shipment by now. Please email her at tos_1997@***.com to let her know what is going on with her order. Thank You!
