a year back my friend and I bought the product i.e. magic chopper from an agent. at the time of purchase I was told that there is a warranty on the product. however within a few months the chopper started giving me trouble. I contacted the agent she took the chopper for some weeks and then returned back saying that I will have to purchase the lid saperately. please help
