My machine was not even a year old yet, and I went through all the steps of descaling and cleaning the machine. The orange light just wouldn't go away. Everything else worked just fine, the machine just wouldn't brew the coffee pod. Their customer service was so professional and helpful. They did an amazing job! User's recommendation: I totally recommend Nespresso and their company!
