I happened on these reviews by chance. I am totally surprised at the remarks. I have been a continuous customer since 2000. I have NEVER had anything but good experiences with all customer service reps....and I am tough on them. In all my transactions I have never had anything but great service. I suspect the people who have written were simply bad customers trying to take advantage of a good company. I have used many of their products....their Leanology Vanilla shake included. It was not my favorite, but I believe in its quality. While my experience has been that not all products are equally effective, the majority work wonders, especially the sublingual B-12, Energy Now and Nopalea. Trivita is the BEST!
