Update by user Jun 17, 2021 There is no update, Rooms to Go does not care. Original review updated by user May 17, 2021 We purchased an electric love seat recliner in 2018 with an extended warranty. The one side had springs break, and the cushion is sagging to the right. The extended warranty does not cover cushions or springs. Rooms to Go offered to sell us the springs, but only one was available and we had to finds some one to do the repair work and hope they had the zig zag spring to purchase. This furniture is not made to last - not even 3 years!!!! User's recommendation: do not shop here.
